New Book on the Meinels
Dr. James (Jim) B. Breckinridge and Dr. Alec M. Pridgeon have written a NEW BOOK about Aden and Marjorie Meinel. Meinel is memorialized at UArizona: the Optical Sciences building is the Meinel Building. the College of Optical Sciences has written an article which you can read HERE. Meinel was Steward Director in the early 1960s, and was also Kitt Peak Director and the Founding Director of UArizona Optical Sciences.
