Richard Green is Director of the Large Binocular Telescope Observatory. He is interested in quasar demographics, including a collaboration with Xiaohui Fan's group to search for high-redshift quasars. He is a member of the STIS science team and the Nuker group, using integrated stellar dynamics measurements and modeling for quiescent black hole masses in nearby galaxies. He also pursues the information in AGN emission-line profiles through follow-up with Todd Boroson on Eigenvector 1 and other component decompositions.
